WOO HOO I finally got a Bosch.
I grew up with one and have wanted one for a long time, but could never justify the cost. But this was finally the year.
I have never really even tried to make break except with a Breadmaker machine. My In laws gave us a wonderful breadmaker a number of years ago which I used a lot. But as our family has grown it is just not able to keep up and I could never get the wheat bread quite right in it either.
Recently Roger requested that I start buying the "good bread" for the whole family. Especially since we do what ever we can to get nutrition in Sam. Since he takes a sandwich three times a week to school we felt good whole wheat bread would be an easy way to get better food in his diet. Hence, the need for high yield good light whole wheat bread. Hence, the need for a good mixing machine. Hence, the great new Bosch in my cool appliance center!
Looks like the appliance garage was made for this beautiful machine.That's because it was!!!

I am impressed. Is it really that much easier? I can't even make bread in my bread machine. I am hopeless at this point....lol

I'm hungry now and saw that I'm getting a bread maker for mother's day (according to the amazon box in the hall). Can't wait for fresh bread. Hope Sam eats a lot!
