The Mower 6/09

Aw, Jake is so excited that his dad finally, this is the 3rd summer, broke down and bought a riding lawn mower! Now that we are on an acre and a quarter it is a little more than a chore to keep it trimmed and looking good, but that should be much easier now, Jake!
We bought it online from Sears over Memorial weekend, when it was on sale, and had it shipped to the Fallon Sears (free shipping that way). Sam and I went over on Friday to pick it up. Jake was at the Cowboy Shoot fund raiser for Scouts so he missed out on all the excitement. But then again he is going to spend the rest of his summers he lives out home using it so maybe he was not so excited!

Roger and Jake are pretty excited about the sweeper. Not just to pick up grass and such but to clean up the LEAVES from our glorious bountiful cottonwood trees in the fall.
