These picture just can not do the color of Fall justice!
One of the trees in our back yard was just such a brilliant gold the other day that I just had to go take some pictures of it. Thank goodness I did because just two days later we had a big storm and now it is pretty much bare of leaves.
See all the green still on this tree? This picture was taken the same day. I find it amazing that the trees in the same yard will all change color at different times.
We may not have all of the beautiful reds that they get in the East but these old Cottonwoods can be the most brilliant gold you can imagine. I am just so blessed to live in such a pretty area of Fernley.
